The NetLogo code (version 6.4.0) is designed to be a standalone piece of code although it uses the ‘nw’ and ‘matrix’ extensions that come integrated with NetLogo 6.4.0. The R (version 4.3.0) code uses the RSiena (version 3.14.1) , statnet (version 2019.6), and assortnet (version 0.20) packages. Both pieces of code were ran on a Windows 10 x 64 machine.
