Hi,
I would like to model alternative policies in different fields using agent based software’s. The policies are like in terms of transportation. Lets say the government would implement the policy of shifting diesel busses to CNG, or banning the trade of vehicles without Euro standard and see how the agents (human) will react. I am confused which one of the software is more appropriate for this kind of modeling. I am not perfect at programming but I am familiar and I can make use of software with some codes. I used Ascape, NetLogo, MatSIM, RePast and some other softwares but I counld find any special feature for Policy modeling there.
