Fully funded PhD studentship on ABMs of food security, biodiversity and global trade at JHI and U Edinburgh

The University of Edinburgh and the James Hutton Institute are hiring a joint PhD student to work on agent-based models of food security, biodiversity and global trade. It is a fully funded position, and one of a number of competitively-awarded projects as part of The James Hutton Institute’s joint PhD programme. If accepted to the programme, student will split the time between the University of Edinburgh and The James Hutton Institute (in Aberdeen) with supervisors from both sites.
The student will obtain a PhD degree from the University of Edinburgh upon successful completion of the programme.
