CoMSES Net is dedicated to fostering open and reproducible scientific computation through cyberinfrastructure and community development. As a member of the NSF Big Data Network’s West Big Data Hub we are exploring ways to build citable containerized environments for computational models that archive the entire computational pipeline: the provenance metadata, dependencies, workflows, and data analysis pipelines that research findings increasingly depend upon.
